Gaels Coaches

The foundation to growing and sustaining an athletic program is to have a large number of student-athletes participating and having enough coaches to support those numbers.  It is a delicate balance and the object is to be able to have enough coaches to support the number of athletes we have.  Any imbalance between these 2 factors results in less teams/players participating in our athletic program.  Therefore, I have created this link to give people a channel to submit some basic contact information for those interested in volunteering to help coach.  It is also important to have a sufficient amount of coaches per team to ensure coverage at practices/games as schedule changes are becoming more frequent and we all have other commitments to manage, as well.

If you are interested in becoming a coach for St. Michael Athletics, please click on the link and complete the short survey.  The objective of St. Michael's Athletic Program is to provide an environment where student-athletes can learn and develop athletic skills while exemplifying good sportsmanship and fair play.  We have an immediate need for a few more coaches for basketball and bowling, but we are also looking ahead to staff spring sports and next fall sports. Coaches do not need to be parents only of current school students.  We have many coaches that still coach long after their kids have graduated from St. Michael, as well as extended family members (i.e. aunts, uncles, grandparents) and parish members. Please feel free to share this link with others who are connected to our St. Michael community who may be interested in coaching. Thank you and Go Gaels!
