We are excited to invite you to *A Night in Emerald City,* a remarkable celebration of our vibrant school and parish community on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at St. Mary's Cultural Center. Together, we embody courage, intellect (brain), and heart as we wholeheartedly embrace Jesus’s mission, walking the yellow brick road with purpose and passion.

This year, we unite to support the School Fund, which is in urgent need of replenishment. The auction will also raise vital funds for Sister Carolyn's Tuition Assistance and the Gaels Legacy Endowment Fund. Each initiative plays a crucial role in nurturing our school for both current and future generations.

St. Michael has been a beloved home to countless children, staff, and families. For over 85 years, it has stood as a shining beacon of faith and learning. Our beloved building has experienced significant love and wear, and the School Fund helps bridge the gap between affordable tuition and the true cost of maintaining our cherished campus.

In just the past two years alone, we have faced unexpected expenses, including replacing staircases, repairing the boiler, enhancing security measures, restoring and upgrading bleachers, installing air conditioning in our server room, repaving the parking lot, and addressing the building's capstone. We are setting an ambitious goal of raising over $150,000 to replenish these funds and help the future of Catholic education.

On April 25, join us at St. Mary's Cultural Center for a night filled with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and lively dancing with Detroit's cover band. There will be a social media interactive photo booth, games, and a chance to experience Glinda's VIP treatment

 

Please know that the night will be so much more than just entertainment. We aim to raise $150,000 for our School Fund, and we need your support to make this happen. Through supportive prayers, silent auctions, live auctions, raffles, and games throughout the night, we are sure to reach our goal.
