Application & Enrollment

Each year the St. Michael Catholic School community is delighted to welcome students to our school. Students are accepted for preschool through 8th grade from both within and outside the parish. By September 1, students entering
 
  • Kindergarten must be 5 years of age
  • Preschool 4 must be 4 years of age
  • Preschool 3 must be 3 years of age
 
Application and enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year starts on January 31, 2021 for new families and January 21, 2020 for current families.  If you have questions, please contact Theresa Liptak in the school office at ext. 225.
 
To enroll, please complete the steps below.

Current and New Families

All families enrolling their children will need to complete the following items.  Turn in the enrollment paperwork and fees (if not using FACTS) to the school office, ATTN: Theresa Liptak.
  1. Tuition Contract
  2. Payment of the following fees:
    • $200 per family with students in grades K - 8 registration (non-refundable)
    • $100 per student in preschool registration (non-refundable)
    • $75 technology fee per student in grades K-8 (non-refundable)
  3. Families have the option to pay registration and technology fees by check, cash or electronically through FACTS.
  4. Health Appraisal Form - All new and current students entering preschool, kindergarten and 7th grade in the fall.
  5. If you are registering a new student, please complete the New Students section below. Current families with no new students are done after completing steps 1-4.

New Students

This section does not apply to students currently enrolled at St. Michael Catholic School. 

All new students begin the admissions process by completing the following items.

  1. Submit a Student Application Form online.
  2. Provide a copy of the current report card (Students in grades 2-8)
  3. Provide a copy of the Standardized Test Scores (Students in grades 2-8)

Once the above steps are completed, you will be notified when to start enrollment. 

 
The following documentation will need to be submitted when you are notified to enroll.  Admission is not complete until copies of all required documentation and fees are received and acknowledged.
  • Birth certificate
  • Immunization record
  • Baptismal Certificate for any baptized student
  • First Communion Certificate for Roman Catholic students in grades 2-8
  • Request for Records for student in grades 1-8 must be submitted to the office for completion.
